Equipment supply is still quoted line by line. These four are the jobs with a price we can put on a card — add what you need, check out, and we call to confirm scope and timing.

A written specification for one room: input list, speaker and amplifier sizing, signal chain, and a shopping list you can quote against.

We come to the room, measure it, photograph the cable routes and check the power, then hand you a costed equipment list.

For tenders and multi-supplier projects: we collect the quotes, compare them like for like, and issue one consolidated purchase schedule.

A model that is not on the shelf: we search up to three items, confirm the lead time, and hold them for you for seven days.

Payment is cash on delivery, at the counter, or by bank transfer — nothing is charged online. We confirm scope by phone before any work starts. Card payment is not enabled yet.
03Software
Software we resell and support: signage playback, room booking, asset records and remote monitoring. Delivered by email — no dongles, no shipping, no licence server to run.
Scheduled playback for one screen: playlists, dayparts and a proof-of-play log.

Licences are issued by email within one working day of payment clearing. Annual licences renew at the same price unless we tell you otherwise 30 days before renewal. Support by phone and email while the licence is active.

Pick the room type. These five stages are the sequence we quote against. Untick what you already own, then send the request — it opens your own WhatsApp or mail app with the text filled in.

We are a trading company: we source, we quote, we invoice. Nothing is confirmed verbally.

A model number, a photograph of a spec sheet, or a description of the room. All three work.

Stock, brand, lead time, and a substitute where a line is unavailable. Line by line, with a total.

Collection from Al Fahidi, or delivery arranged on the quote. The tax invoice carries our TRN.
Quotes are issued exclusive of 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, delivery and lead time are confirmed on the quote itself.
