Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the four fixed-price services sold on this site. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.
1. Who we are
This site is run by Qamar Alnajah Audio-Visual, Recording Equipment & Accessories Trading L.L.C S.O.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai under trade licence 1640495 (Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism) and registered for VAT under TRN 105531719000003. Our registered office is Office 43–44, Al Fahidi, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. What this site sells
This site sells four fixed-price services — Room & System Spec, On-site Survey, Project Procurement Handling and Priority Sourcing — and four software licences: Signage Player, AV Asset Register, Room Booking and Remote Monitoring.
Equipment is not sold online. Equipment supply is quoted in writing, line by line, and is covered by the written quotation and tax invoice issued for that job. An online service order does not include equipment, delivery or installation.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is a request to book a service. The order is accepted when we confirm the scope with you by phone and send a written confirmation to the email address you gave us. Until then, either side can walk away and nothing is owed.
We may decline an order — for example if the job is outside what we can deliver, if the details are incomplete, or if the request looks fraudulent. If we decline after you have paid, you get a full refund.
4. Prices, VAT and payment
- All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT.
- VAT is added at 5% and shown in the cart and on the checkout summary before you place the order.
- Payment is cash on delivery or on collection at our counter in Al Fahidi. This site does not collect card details.
- A tax invoice carrying our TRN is issued when the work is handed over.
5. When the work happens
Timeframes shown against each service — for example “3–5 working days” or “report in 48 working hours” — start when we have confirmed the order and received everything we need from you. Site visits are by appointment. If a date has to move, we tell you before it does.
6. What we need from you
- Accurate information about the room, the system or the items you want sourced.
- Safe access to the site for the agreed time, and someone authorised to let us in.
- A working power supply and reasonable light for a survey.
- A decision-maker available on the day, or a written brief we can work from.
If we arrive and cannot carry out the work for reasons on your side, the visit is treated as delivered.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation windows and refunds are set out in the Refund & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Equipment supply is separate
Where we quote equipment, the written quotation governs brand, model, lead time, delivery and payment terms for those goods. Lead times given by suppliers can move; if a line becomes unavailable we will offer a substitute or remove it before invoicing.
9. Software licences
Software is sold as a licence, not as a copy of the program. What you buy, and for how long, is stated on the product card and on the invoice.
- Annual licences run for 12 months from issue and renew at the price in force, unless we give you 30 days’ notice of a change.
- One-time licences do not expire; updates are included for the period stated on the card.
- Licences are per screen, per room or per site as stated. Using them beyond that scope breaches the licence.
- Keys and download links go to the email address on the order, normally within one working day of payment clearing.
- You may not resell, sublicence, decompile or redistribute the software, or remove licence and copyright notices.
- Support is by phone and email while the licence is active.
Software is delivered by email. Nothing is shipped, and nothing is charged on this site.
10. Our responsibility
We carry out each service with reasonable skill and care, and in line with the description published on this site.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or for commercial decisions you take on the basis of a specification or report. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for a service is limited to the fee paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Documents we produce
Specifications, reports and equipment lists we produce are for your use on the project they were prepared for. You may share them with your contractor or client. We keep our templates, methods and drawings, and they may not be resold as your own work.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Any material change gets a new “last updated” date at the top of this page.
